Mr. Knisely is an attorney with Osborne, Helman, Knebel & Deleery, L.L.P. and practices primarily in the areas of fiduciary and probate litigation. His practice has included appellate, commercial and insurance-related litigation, with an emphasis on contract litigation, consumer protection/deceptive trade issues, insurance bad faith, coverage litigation, and workers’ compensation issues. Mr. Knisely also has significant experience representing parties in real estate disputes and construction matters.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Knisely served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Reynaldo G. Garza of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Felix Recio, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
